ORDER N0. 19876 MOTION TO APPROVE THE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF INGRAM FOR ON-SITE SEWAGE FACILITIES SERVICES On this the 9th day of October 1990, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5 to 0 to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Ingram for On-Site Sewage Facilities Services, a copy of which is attached and made a part hereof. The Kerr County Environmental Health Department will serve as representative to administer the City of Ingram's on-site sewage facilities order. "' Mr. Gary Kersey representing Mr. Rob Harbison, addressed the Court in reference to an 1100 acre ranch (Riots Ranch), located 4.5 miles west of Ingram, Texas at the end of Fall Branch Road. Mr. Harbison has six (6) cabins on the ranch for week-end or week long use by friends and guests. The cabins have no septic system, but use holding tanks, which Mr. Harbison pumps out when full and hauls to the City waste disposal system. Mr. Kersey Bays that the County Regulations do not separate business and residential and that the cabins are exempt under the present regulations. He would like a ruling from the Court as to the exemption status of the cabins from the County's Septic Regulations. The Court ask Mr. Stan Reid, Assistant County Attorney, to review the regulations and report back to the Court. ORDER N0. 19877 MOTION TD ACCEPT THE MONTHLY REPORTS On this the 9th day of October 1990, Commissioner Holekamp made the motion to accept the monthly reports of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas.
