On this the 9th day of October 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of S to 0 to adopt the
Rabiea and Animal Control Order, with the changes made by the
Commiesionera' Court this date. Said Order is to become
effective November 1, 1990.

ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 9th day of October 1990 came on to be considered
by the Court the various reports of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference
and subject to audit.
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp, the Court unanimously accepted by a vote of 5 to 0
the monthly reports.

Commissioner Morgan reported that TRC hed completed the map
project and he has five (5) copies of the map that TRC had
made for the County. The Court must decide how many
additional maps are needed and how they are to be
distributed. It was decided that all five (5) of the maps
are to be bound and any additional maps would go thru the
County Clerk's Office for ordering and payment.
