Their goal is to protect our water, make sure the people with water right permits are using the water legally; and, get the illegal people using the water to get a permit. 1444 s. ~ Mr. H. E. Miller, President of 4C Complex Project, told the Court that the 4C Complex is in the planning stages of a large coliseum, motel, museum complex here in Kerr County. They are looking at three t3) different land locations and hope to have the financing to purchase one of the sites soon. The complex will feature rodeos, shows, and cutural exchanges with other countries. For a basketball game or concert the coliseum will seat 15,000, but for a rodeo or other event ~- which requires more floor space it will seat 10,000.
