animals, changing the fee schedule to S2. 00 per year for
neutered, and 55.00 per year for animals not neutered, and
under establishment fees, adding plus veterinary
administration fees.

Mr. Toby Cisneroz, Texas Water Commission, addressed the
Court on the South Texaa Watermaster Program, which is new in
the area. Their goal is to protect our water, make sure the
people with water right permits are using the water legally;
and, get the illegal people using the water to get a permit.

Mr. H. E. Miller, President of 4C Complex Project, told the
Court that the 4C Complex is in the planning stages of a
large coliseum, motel, museum complex here in Kerr County.
They are looking at three f3) different land locations and
hope to have the financing to purchase one of the sites soon.
The complex will feature rodeos, shows, and cutural exchanges
with other countries. For a basketball game or concert the
coliseum will seat 15,000, but for a rodeo or other event
~' which requires more floor space 1t will seat 10,000.

APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO TAC WORKERS'
COMPENSATION TO COVER ELECTED OFFICIALS
UNDER WORKERS' COMPENSATION
On this the 18th day of October 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4 to 0 to sign a
resolution to TAC Workers' Compensation making it official
that elected officials are covered by workers' compensation.
