COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday, October 25, 1990 at 1:30 P. M. with all officers present and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: Commissioner Baldwin questioned the mileage reimbursement for David Cawthon in Juvenile Detention, and wanted to know if any of the mileage was from his home to the Courthouse. The County Auditor replied yes. Commissioner Baldwin feels the County should not pay this mileage as they do not pay the J. P. 's or constable mileage from their home to their office. Judge Edwards questioned statement of facts charges in the Johnny Hill case and wanted to know who requested the statements. The County Auditor said the County Attorney, David Motley, had made the request. There were no further questions. ORDER NO. 19901 CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 25th day of October 1990 came on to be considered ( by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile State Aid Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, Indigent Health Care, and 216th District Probation Fund. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to pay said claims and accounts. PAGE 23
