APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S QUARTERLY REPORT
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1990
On this the 25th day of October 1990, in Special Session of
the Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the
Buarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of
Kerr County, Texas, for the period beginning July 1, 1990 and
ending September 30, 1990, and the same having been examined
and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the
Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of
each of said funds as reflected in the report and during the
( period above stated, are found correct ae therein shown. It
`-- is therefore ordered by the Court that said report be, and
the same ie hereby approved and the Clerk of the Court is
hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of said
Treasurer in accordance with thle order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commiaeloner Baldwin, and unanimously approved by a votes of
5-0-0 by the Court.
JUDGE EDWARDS CALLED FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION at 1:45 P. M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDED AND COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED
IN OPEN SESSION at 4:08 P. M. with County Judge Edwards, and
Commissioner's Holekamp and Baldwin present. Commissioner's
Morgan and Ray were not in the Courtroom.
There vas no action on 3. 1, ad~uating salaries of Deputy
County Clerks, and 3. 4, discussion of Subdivision
Regulations.
