On motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, with Commissioner's Baldwin and
Holekamp, and Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner
Horgan voting "NAY", said motion to grant a variance from
notification requirements, except for adjacent property
owners who will be notified informally, was spprowed by s
sa~ority vote of 3-1-0.

APPROVAL TO AMEND THE BUDGETS OF ALL KERR COUNTY
- CONSTABLES TO PROVIDE A LINE ITEM FOR
LIABILITY INSURANCE
On this the 25th day of Ootober 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanisously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to amend the
budgets of all Kerr County Constables to provide a line item
for liability insurance, in an amount not to exceed 81200.00,
to cover the difference between standard passenger car
coverage of 8100,000.00/3300,000.00 liability, 550,000.00
property damage, 82,500.00 personal injury, as opposed to the
cost of High Riak Liability coverage on the same vehicle. No
collision.
