FOR PRECINCT 18 TO REPLACE ELIZABETH BENAVENTE
On this the let day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3 to 0 the
appointment of Jenny McLellan Motheral ae Presiding Judge for
Precinct 18 to replace Elizabeth Suddeth Benavente for the
November 6, 1990 General Election.

MOTION TO APPROVE TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES
AS THE CARRIER FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT LIABILITY
INSURANCE, AS PER THE COUNTY AUDITOR'S RECOMMENDATION

On this the 1st day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, rith
Commissioner's Morgan and Holekamp voting "AYE", and Judge
Edrarde "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve, as per the
County Auditor's recommendation, Texas Association of
Counties as the carrier for Law Enforcement Liability
insurance, was approved by a majority vot• of 2 to 1.
The folloring agenda items were passed and rill be placed on
the next agenda:
TexAppraise Inc. airport land lease;
Re-letting of contract far fire alarm in Detention Center;
Electrical contractor bill on Detention Center; and,
The Adult Probation contract.
