COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Friday,
November 9, 1990 at 1:30 P. M. with all officers present,
except Judge Edwards, and the Court having duly opened the
following proceedings were had:
Chairman Pra Tem Baldwin chaired the meeting in the absence
of the County Judge.
ORDER NO. 19920
GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 9th day of November 1990, came on to be
considered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to
determine the results of the General Election held on
November 6. 1990, and the Court having canvassed and
tabulated the returns of the Eighteen Election Precincts and
the Absentee Canvassing Hoard Box, are of the opinion that
said returns, after having been opened and canvassed, are
true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded
by Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimou.ly approved by a
vote of 4 to 0 that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 8, Pages 8 thru 14, Record of Election Returns of Kerr
County, Texas, and as certified thereto by the four (4)
members of the Court, are in all respects approved.
