COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION on Tuesday,
November 13, 1990 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. with all officers
present and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of November 1990 came on to be
considered by the Court the various claims and accounts
against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of
General, Jury, Fire Protection, Road & Bridge, County Law
Library, Juvenile State Aid Fund, Traffic Safety Fund,
Indigent Health Care, and 216th District Probation Fund.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Judge
Edwards, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to
pay said claims and accounts.
ORDER NO. 19923
MOTION TO OMIT BUDGET AMENDMENT ORDERS FROM
THE READING OF THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT MINUTES
On this the 13th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0 to omit budget
amendment orders from the reading of Commissioners' Court
minutes.
County Judge Edwards left the Courtroom, and Chairman Pro Tem
Baldwin chaired the meeting.
