Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 the Minutes of
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, oŁ the Regular
Session on Tuesday, October 9, 1990, Special Session on
Thursday, October 11, 1990, Special Session on Thursday,
October 18, 1990, Special Session on Thursday, October 25,
1990, Special Session on Thursday, November 1, 1990, and
Special Session on Friday, November 9, 1990, as recorded in
Volume S, Pages 1 thru 36.
\__ Judge Edwards returned to the Court, but told Chairman Pro
Tem Baldwin to continue to chair the meeting.

APPROVAL OF PROCLAMATION FOR "FOCUS ON
THE FAMILY - 1990 WEEK"
On this the 13th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Judge Edwards, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 the signing of a
proclamation proclaiming the week of November 18-24, 1990, as
'FOCUS OH THE FAMILY - 1990• Week. A copy of the
proclamation is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Karl Prohl presented the Court with a proclamation plaque.
