On this the 13th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Judge Edwards, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to acknowledge the
fact that Glenn K. Holekamp, Commissioner, Precinct #3, and
R. Gordon Morgan, Commissioner, Precinct #1, have completed
the State required sixteen (16) hours of continuing education
as evidenced by the attached forms showing twenty (20> hours
of credits earned.

APPOINTMENT OF DANNY R. EDWARDS AS KERB
COUNTY'S REPRESENTATIVE TO SERVE ON THE BOARD
OF DIRECTORS OF THE SENIOR GAMES, KERRVILLE, TEXAS
On this the 13th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Ray, Morgan and Holekamp voting "AYE"
and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to appoint Danny
R. Edwards as Kerr County's representative to serve on the
Board of Directors of the Senior Games, Kerrville, Texas, was
approved by a majority vote of 4-0-1.
