MOTION TO RESCIND ORDER NO. 19918 PASSED ON
NOVEMBER 1ST, 1990, APPROVING TEXAS ASSOCIATION
OF COUNTIES AS THE CARRIER FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
LIABILITY INSURANCE
On this the 13th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commi•~sioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan, Ray and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", and based on the
County Auditor's recommendation, said motion to rescind Order
No. 19918 passed on November 1st, 1990, approving Texas
Association of Counties as the carrier for Law Enforcement
Liability Insurance, was approved by a majority vote of
4-0-1.

ACCEPTANCE OF AMERICAN JUSTICE INSURANCE
RECIPROCAL AS THE CARRIER FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
LIABILITY INSURANCE AND MEMBERSHIP IN THE NATIONAL
SHERIFF'S ASSOCIATION
On this the 13th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp, Ray and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", the County Auditor's
recommendation of accepting American ~uscice Insurance
Reciprocal as the carrier for Law Enforcement Liability
Insurance was approved by a majority vote of 4-0-1 The
required membership in the National Sheriff's Association was
approved by the same motion.
