APPROVAL OF PAYING PREMIUM FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
LIABILITY INSURANCE AND MEMBERSHIP DUES ZN
NATIONAL SHERIFF'S ASSOCIATION
On this the 13th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to pay the premium
for the Law Enforcement Liability Insurance and the
membership dues in the National Sheriff's Association.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 520,528.00 made payable to
American Justice Insurance Reciprocal, and a voucher for
51,200.00 made payable to National Sheriff's Association.
( A bill from LRK Electric Co., Inc. for lighting in the
Juvenile Detention Center stairwell was discussed. Judge
Edwards and Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan and Ray agree the
bill belongs to Mr. Henderson and not Kerr County.

MOTION TO ACCEPT THE PROPOSAL FROM LRK ELECTRIC
COMPANY FOR REWIRING THE FIRE ALARM
SYSTEM IN THE JUVENILE DETEHTION CENTER
On this the 13th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp, Ray and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to accept
the proposal from LRK Electric Company to furnish and install
conduit raceway and cables to the existing fire alarm system
in the Juvenile Detention Center, for a price not to exceed
