Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unenlmously approved by a vote at 5-0-0 the motion to
/ approve the replat of Y 0 Ranchlands, Tract Nos. 1, 2, 3A,
3B, 4A, 48, 31, 45, 47, 89 and 90, with no variances, located
in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct 4.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
