APPROVAL TO PAY KERRVILLE TELEPHONE COMPANY THE
REQUIRED 10% DOWN ON THE INSTALLATION AND
PURCHASE OF THE PHONE SYSTEM FOR ADULT PROBATION
On this the 26th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote oŁ 5-0-0 to pay Kerrville
Telephone Company the required 10% down on the installation
and purchase of the phone system for Adult Probation.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-571-455 for
5629.43 made payable to Kerrville Telephone Company.

APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR JOINT SPONSORSHIP
OF KERR COUNTY REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY STUDY, SUBJECT
TO AMENDMENT OF SECTION III UGRA FUNDING AMOUNT
On this the 26th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 the Agreement for
Joint Sponsorship of Kerr County Regional Water Supply Study,
subject to the amendment of Section III, UGRA funding amount
be changed to S12, 500.00.
