Engineer to advertise for sealed bids £or two (2) loaders.
There are to be two (2) a-eparate bids, one bid for two (2)
small loaders, and a separate bid £or one (1) small and one
(1) large loader.

Frances A. Kaiser, Sheriff, addressed the Court concerning
additional office space. Her investigators and warrant
officers are over crowded, and she has one secretary sitting
in the hall. She suggested moving the County Treasurer to
the office by the Judge's Office and combining it with the
o2£ice presently occupied by the Gommiss:ioners, to give the
Treasurer sufficient office space, thus allowing the
Sheriff's office to occupy the space now being used by the
Treasurer.

BRUCE OEHLER AND BUTCH LACKEY AS A COMMITTEE
TO INVESTIGATE POSSIBLE OFFICE WORK SPACE ALLOTMENTS
Un this the 26th day o£ November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to appoint R. Gordon
Morgan, Glenn Holekamp, Bruce Oehler and Butch Lackey as a
committee to investigate possible office work space
allotments. The Committee is to look at the various ways
offices can be rearranged or moved to allow for the necessary
expansion o£ work space for various offices, and report their
recommendations to Commissioners' Court on December 10, 1990.
