ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMINATIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY
GERALD MENEFEE, ROAD ENGINEER, OF RICK BOYAN AND
JOHNNY GARZA IN ROAD & BRIDGE
On this the 26th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin, and Holekanip voting "AYE", and
Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion was approved by a
ma~arity vote of 3-1-0 that on the Koad Engineer, Gerald
Menefee's recommendation, the termination of Rick $oyan
of{ective Septereber 28, 1590, and the termination of Johnny
Garza effective November 5, 1590, be ratified and confirmed.

Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to recess.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN A CONTINUATION OF MONDAY'S
