APPROVAL TO PAY A LATE BILL TO KERRVILLE
PUBLIC UTILITY BOARD FOR ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT FOR
ADULT PROBATION OFFICE AND ORDERING THE COUNTY
JUDGE TO SIGN THE CONTRACT
On this the 29th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Ray, Holekamp, Morgan and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to pay a
late bill to Kerrville Public Utility Board for a deposit on
the electricity for the Adult Probation Office at Live Oak
Plaza, to order the County Judge to sign the contract, and to
authorize the issurance of a hand check was approved by a
majority vote of 4-0-1.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-571-440 for
515.00 made payable to Kerrville Public Utility Board.
JUDGE EDWARDS CALLED FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION at 1:40 P. M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDED AND THE COURT RECONVENED IN OPEN
SESSION at 1:45 Y.M.

APPROVAL OF REFUND OF AD VALOREM TAXES, PER
AGREED JUDGMENT, TO B & P ENTERPRISES, AMMAN ROAD, LTD
On this the 29th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to refund ad
valorem taxes, per agreed judgment, in the amount of
~' 51,321.63 to B 8 P Enterprises, Amman Road, LTD.
