513,900.00 from Line Item No. 15-e00-103, Assistant Salary,
to Line Item No. 15-600-105, Secretary Salary, in Road &
Bridge Administration - Unit System.

unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to pay a late bill to
Masters Construction for the balance on completion of Lehmann
Drive Project.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 15-b11-553 for
51,891.00, made payable to Masters Construction.

Local Health Authority for purposes oŁ the Rabies Control Act
be ratified and confirmed, effective as of December 31, 1990,
and that the appointment of David Litke, Head of Kerr County
Environmental Health, as the Local Health Authority for
purposes of the Rabies Control Act be approved effective
January 1, 1991.
