APPROVAL FOR THE SHERIFF TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR NEW SHERIFF'S VEHICLES
On this the 10th day of December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to authorize
the Sheriff to advertise for bids for new vehicles for the
Sheriff's Office. Sealed bids are to be received by 5:00
P. M., January 11, 1991 and will be publicly opened in
Commissioners' Court on January 14, 1991.

i A report from the office space committee followed. Butch
Lackey, Commissioner Elect from Precinct 2, presented the
~ Court with a diagram of a proposed floor plan, drawn by
architect George Lovett of Comfort, Texas, showing possible
~ office space created by closing in the east part of the
.- parking lot underneath the Courthouse.
Commissioner Holekamp said perhaps everyone could work
together on this draft and maybe agree, or at least a
majority agree. There was no action thru Court.

Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular
Session on Tuesday, November 13, 1990, Special Session on
Tuesday, November 20, 1990, and Special Session on Monday,
November 26, and Thursday, November 29, 1990, as recorded in
Volume S', Pages 37 thru b4.
