APPROVAL OF EARLY CLOSING OF THE COURTHOUSE
On this the 10th day of December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to close the Kerr
County Courthouse and County O££ices at 1:00 o'clock P. M. on
Friday, December 21, 1990, and allow all Kerr County
employees, elected officials and department heads to leave at
that time.

TO DEGEMBER 21, 1990
On this the 10th day of December 1990, upon motion made by
~. Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to change the
December 31st, 1990 semi-monthly payday to December 21, 1990,
for officials, employees and allowances.

TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, BUREAU OF VITAL STATISTICS
AND KERB COUNTY
On this the 10th day of December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Baldwin, and Ray and Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Morgan "ABSTAINING", said
motion to approve the contract and agreement between Texas
Department of Health, Bureau o£ Vital Statistics and Kerr
County, fur a remote certification project, and authorizing
