FOR THE STREET LIGHTS IN CENTEk POINT, TEXAS
On this the 10th day of llecember 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan, Holekamp and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to notify
the Kerrville Public Utility Board of the cancellation of the
payment by Kerr County of the str-e et lights in Center Point,
Texas was approved by a majority vote of 4-1-0.

CONSTABLE, JUSTICE PRECINCT #4, ROWAN P. `ZACHRY
On this the 10th day oŁ December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 that the
resignation of Rowan P. Zachry as Constable, Justice Precinct
#4 of Kerr County, Texas be ratified and confirmed, effective
December 1, 1990.
