They wanted to know i£ the diagram presented on Monday was to be implemented or i£ the committee was still studying the plan. They said the Sheriff's Uffice was the only :issue presented on Monday, and that several of the offices need room to expand also. Paula kector, Tax Assessor/Collector, said she had heard that the back o£ her office was being considered as a possible place to put another office. She said she will have new equipment placed in her office after the first o£ the year which will connect her directly with the records in Austin. At that time new security measures will be placed in effect, either a new security alarm system or a guard at night. There will be new special lacks placed on all her doors with a tight control over who will have keys and access to her office. PAGE 75
