David Motley, County Attorney, told the Court that he has
'° five full time and one part-time person working in an office
space of 601 square feet. They desperately need additional
space and would like for the Court to consider this before
the lease on the property expires January 31, 1991.

OF COMMISSIUNERS' COURT AND COUNTY JUDGE'S SECRETARY
On this the 12th day of Gecember 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp and Morgan voting "AYE", and Judge
Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve the transfer of
Thea Sovil from the District Clerk's Of3.ice to the position
of Commissioners' Court and County Judge secretary, effective
January 1, 1991, at Pay Group 15, Step 1, S16, 120. 00 annually
51,343.33 monthly, and S671.67 semi-monthly was approved by a
majority vote.
