On this the i7th day oŁ December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Ray and Holekamp voting "AYE", and
Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to authorize the
County Judge to sign the necessary papers, waivers and
agreements, to finalize the Harper Road Project, and to
authorize payment of the closing cost for the project, was
approved by a ma~arity vote of 3-0-L•

Mr. Byron Wilkinson, a registered surveyor from Bandera,
Texas, presented a preliminary plat of Lonyhor-n Ranch, Tracts
1, 7., 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. There was no
action thru Court and the four officers of the Court present
had no objections to the plat. Mr. Wilkinson is to present
an agenda request fur a final plat when the mylars are signed
and ready for presentation.

resignation of Sharon L. Schmidt, Office Manager, in the
County Extension Agent's Office of Kerr County, Texas be
ratified and confirmed, effective llecember 15, 1990.
