MOTION TO NEGOTIATE THE HIRING OF THE
SERVICES OF FRANKLIN JOHNSTON, PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER,
AS THE UNIT ROAD SYSTEM ENGINEER, AND MR. LEONARD ODOM
AS THE COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATOR
On this the 28th day of March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to negotiate
the hiring of the services of Franklin Johnston, Professional
Engineer, as the Kerr County Road Engineer to supervise the
administration of the Kerr County Unit Road System, and
Leonard Odom as the County Road Administrator to effectively
and promptly carry out the directives of the County Road
Engineer.
