COUNTY OF KERR §
Kerrville Independent School District, acting by and through the President
of the Board of Trustees, County of Kerr, acting by and through The County
Judge for and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand Six-Hundred Dollars
and 00/100ths ($1,600.00), cash in hand paid by Betty Moose, of 2806 Locust,
Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas 78028, the receipt of which is acknowledged and
confessed, have conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do convey and
quitclaim unto said Betty Moose all of the right, title, and interest of
Kerrville Independent School District and County of Kerr, Texas, acquired by
tax foreclosure sale heretofore held, said property being located in Kerr
County, Texas, and described as follows:
.50 of Lots 14, 15, 16, Block 8, Oak Park ~~2 Addition to the City of
Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas being that property more particularly described
in Volume I64, Page 1 of the Deed Records, Kerr County, Texas
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of its right, title and interest in and to the
above described property and premises unto the said grantee(s), Betty Moose,
her heirs and assigns forever, so that neither Kerrville Independent School
District and County of Kerr, Texas, nor any person claiming under it and them,
shall at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right or title to the
aforesaid property, premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof.
Taxes for the year of the sale are to be paid by the Purchaser.
This conveyance is expressly subject to any existing right of redemption
remaining in the former owner of the property under the provisions of law.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF Kerrville Independent School District and Co ty of
Kerr Texas, have caused these presents to be executed on this the ~~ day
