On this the i5th day of October- 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Co~ar-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to sign and
approve the (quitclaim Deed of property sold by Kerrville
Independent School District at a tax foreclosur^e sale which
was held or. Rugust 6, 1991. The property described in the
O~.iitclaim deed Lots 59,60, and 61, Block v, in Hill River
Country Estates Section 1 was sold for' less than the total
amo~_int of the .judgement against the pr^operty. Proper^ty sold
~_inder these conditions must have gover^n ing bodies approval.
