to install a septic tank.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The side and rear easements on lots 1, 2, and 3 of Ben Brook Subdivision will not be used
by Kerrville Public Utility Board to provide service.
This Subdivision is currently being served from an overhead distribution line located in the
right-of-way on Homer Drive and we foresee no need in the future to utilize these
easements.
