On this the 9th day of September 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unani~ously approved •by a vote of 3-0-0, with
Co~~issioner Holekaap abstaining to accept appraisal bids to
obtain property and negotiate temporary or permanent fencing
of Right of Way of Lane Valley Bridge.
