MOTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE REPEAT
OF RIO ALEGRE SUBDIVISION FOR JULY 25, 1991
On this the 10th day of June 1991, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of setting a date for a Public
Hearing on Rio Alegre Subdivision. It is ordered by the
Court that a Public Hearing be held on July 25, 1991, at 1:30
o'clock P. M. in the County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as
provided by Article 232.009 "Revision of Plat", Local
Government Code, Title 7, pages 556-557.
On motion made by Commissioner Oehler, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved by s
vote of 4-0-0 setting the Public Hearing.

Re: Public Hearing For Proposed Plat of "Hunt on-the River"
Dear Ms. Dye,
I am writing on behalf of Camp La Junta, Inc. and its
President, Mr. Lawrence L. Graham to confirm our understanding of
the status of the proposed Plat of Hunt on-the River.
We are advised of the following status:
1. The request for a Public Hearing on the Plat has been placed
on the agenda of the Commissioner's Court for their next meeting,
Monday, June 10, 1991.
2. At the meeting on June 10th the Commissioners will set a
Public Hearing date which will be their next regular meeting date
following the required 30 day publishing time period.
3. Your office will notify all property owners within Rio Alegre
Subdivision of the hearing date. Enclosed herewith please find a
list of all such property owners as of this date for your use.
We have previously furnished you with the list of all property
owners adjoining the subdivision.
4. Your office will invoice Camp La Junta, Inc. for the
advertising expenses and any other required fees in this matter.
Will you please advise me: (i) if there are any corrections
to our understanding of the status of this process, (ii) if it is
necessary for Mr. Graham or his representative to attend the
Commissioner's Court meeting on June 10th, and (iii) if there are
any other requirements of the applicant or if any additional
information needs to be furnished.
