MOTION TO SET THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE
t~ANCELLATION OF RIO ALEGRE SUBDIVISION
FOR MAY 2:3, 1y91
On this the 25th day or April 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to set a public
hearing to hear the application tiled by Lawrence L. Graham
for the cancellation of Rio Alegre Subdivision located in
Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, for May 23, 1991 at 2:00 P. M.
The Clerk of the t;ourt is hereby authorized to advertise said
hearing in the local paper for three weeks prior to the
hearing date.

Gentlemen,
Please consider this as my application for permission to
revise the subdivision plat of Rio Alegre Subdivision filed with
the county clerk being recorded in Vol. 5, pages 203 - 205, Kerr
County Plat Records.
The purposes of the proposed replat are outlined in the
letter of April 15th from Delmar Hiller, in my behalf, to the
Court, a copy of which is attached hereto along with a copy of
the existing plat and the proposed replat. I request that you
call the public hearing on this application for replat at the
earliest possible time.
Enclosed is my check to the County Clerk in the amount of
$125.00 for your required fee. I am also providing a list of the
property owners whose property adjoins this subdivision for the
County Clerk's use in case she deems it necessary to notify these
owners of the hearing. There are no other owners within the
subdivision.
