Un this the 8th day of April 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
i;ommissioner's Holekamp, Morgan and Oehler voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Lackey "ABSTAINING", said motion to request both
parties involved with the problem of the cattle-guard placed
on Saw Mill Road by Floyd Lackey to provide statements of
facts to Commissioners' i:ourt by S:Idid E'. M. on April 18, 1991,
on what has transpired in the last two (2) to three (3)
months, was approved by a majority vote of 3-0-1. This item
is to be placed on the agenda for April 25, 1991 for a
possible decision.

conjunction with the County Road Engineer, to remove the Cattle-guard placed on
Saw Mill Road by Floyd Lackey or other such action as may be approved by the
Commissioners' Court
