SUBSTITUTE MOTION TO AWARD THE BID CONTRACT FOR
CONTOUR DRIVE SEWER PROJECT TO BENNETT JORDAN,
INGRAM, TEXAS FOR A COST OF 5;35, 433. 00, SUBJECT
TO ESCROW MONEY OR A SIGNED CONTRACT FROM JEANELLE
APARTMENTS ANU NIMTTZ APARTMENTS BEING OBTAINED
PRIOR TO LETTING CONTRACT
On this the 11th day of March 1991, during the discussion
portion of Order No. 20130, Commissioner Morgan made a
substitute motion to award the bid contract for Contour Drive
Sewer Project to Bennett Jordan, Ingram, 'T'exas, for a cost of
X35,433.00, subject to escrow money or a signed contract from
Jeanelle Apartments and Nimitz Apartments being obtained
prior to letting contract. Said motion failed for lack of a
second.
