Litke, Head of Kerr County Environmental Health, follow State
Laws and Regulations for plating before the issurance of a
permit to construct on Turtle Creek Ranches, located in
Commissioners' Precinct #1.

Subject: Determination of need to plat property prior to issuance of a septic
system permit; Turtle Creek Ranches.
A permit application has been received for R-35 of Turtle Creek Ranches, an
unrecorded subdivision.
The property is located on Molina Road off of Upper Turtle Creek Road (both are
county maintained) in Precinct 1. The subdivision has been laid out for several
years (early 1970s) and has been divided and redivided without formal platting
as indicated by lots containing an "R" or an "A" or "B" after the number.
Property has been sold and resold in this subdivision using these descriptions.
Does the court wish to require the current owner of R-35 to plat and if so must
he dv so before a permit is issued?
