MOTION TO CANCEL THE RULES AHD REGULATIONS
OF KERR COUNTY FOR PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES
AND ADOPT THE STATE RULES
On this the 23rd day of May 1991, Commissioner Oehler made
the motion to cancel the Rules and Regulations of Kerr County
For Private Sewage Facilities and to adopt the State Rules
and Regulations. Commissioner Lackey seconded the motion.
Margaret Edmonson, reporter for the Kerrville Daily Times,
ask the Assistance County Attorney, Stan Reid, if there was a
problem with the wording on the Agenda not being specific.
Mr. Reid said it was a gray area and the Order could be
voided. Commissioner Oehler Mithdrer his motion. The item
will be properly worded and placed on the next agenda.
