MOTION TO AMEND THE "RULES OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
FOR PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES" BY ADOPTING THE
STATE'S MODEL ORDER
On this the 10th day of June 1991, Commissioner Oehler made
the motion to amend the "Rules of Kerr County, Texas for
Private Sewage Facilities", by adopting the State's model
order. Said motion failed for lack of a second.
