Re: ONE YEAR WARRANTY FOR CONTOUR DRIVE
SANITARY SEWER
I hereby guarantee and warrant all work performed by this firm under our
AGREEMENT for the construction of certain SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS ALONG
CONOUR DRIVE AND RANCHERO DRIVE to be free from faulty materials in every
particular, and free from improper workmanship, and against injury from proper
and usual wear; and agree to replace or to re-execute without cost to the OWiv'ER
(Kerr County) such work as may be found to be improper or imperfect, and to make
good all damage caused to the other work or materials due to such defective work
or due to its required replacement or re-execution. This guarantee shall cover
a period of one (1) year from the date of completion of all work under our
AGREEMENT, as evidenced by the Engineer 's Certificate of Completion dated
September 6, 1991.
Neither the final certificate nor payment nor any provision in the Contract
Documents shall relieve the CONTRACTOR of the responsibility for neglect or
faulty materials or workmanship during the period covered by the guarantee.

Dear Mr. Litke:
This letter is to serve as notification that the City per-
formed inspection services on the sewer line installed by Mr.
Bennett Jordan on Contour Drive. On September 12, 1991, a
walk-through inspection was conducted with you in attendance.
The City did not find any discrepancy pertaining to installa-
tion of the sewer line work. The City made no comments in ref-
erence to clean-up, disposal of waste material or left over
supplies or equipment. Mr. Voelkel has supplied the requested
"As-Builts" and contract documents for our files. The line
work installed is acceptable to the City.
