Subject: Contour Drive Sewer transfer of ownership
Upon completion and approval of the sewer line, the ownership of the line is to
be transferred to the city. This is required as stated in par. 6 of the City-
County Sewer Contract dated June 20, 1991.
"Kerr County transfers the ownership of the Extension to the City of Kerrville
as stated in Par. 6 of the City-County Sewer Contract dated June 20, 1991. No
right-of-ways were acquired far the Extension. There are no liens and all bills
have been paid for all such work."
