APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY AHD FINAL PLAT OF
LOVELACE ADDITION, LOTS 1 AHD 2
On this the 28th day of February 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 the preliminary
and final plat of Lovelace Addition, Lots 1 and 2, with no
variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct #1.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AHD REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
