MOTION TO GRANT A VARIANCE FROM RE-PLAT
REBUIREMENTS TO LOUIS M. VLASEK ON 0.944 ACRES
On this the 11th day of February 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to grant a
variance from re-plat requirements to Louis M. Vlasek on
0.944 acres of land so Mr. Vlasek can sell the land to his
brother-in-law and he can own the entrance to hie property
rather than granting him an easement.
