On this the 24th day of January 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 the temporary
lateral transfer of Robert L. Mosty, Jr. from Road & Bridge
to the Mechanic Shop, effective January 28, 1991, at his
present salary of Pay Group 14, Step 3, 516, 120. 00 annually,
51, 343. 33 monthly and 5671. 67 semi-monthly.
