Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court uaanimouely approved by • vote of 4-0-0 the final plat
~~f Longhorn Ranch, Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,
and 12, with no variances, located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct 4.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KEkR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 ar,d all current amendments
thereto.

On Monday's agenda there are two items I put in for consideration:
1) Bivouac Estates; request for variance -there are two houses with a separate
empty lot in-between each of them. The owner of the empty lot wants to cut it in
half and the two owners on either side want to buy one half each. Each owner only
wants to obtain the half to enlarge their own lots.
2) Longhorn Estates, preliminary plat -this is just a routine preliminary plat that
Mr. Byron Wilkenson wants to put on the records.
