On this the 28th day of March 1991, upon motion made by
i~ommissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to grant a
variance to Mr. 1_:d Lange from Kerr County Subdivision Rules &
Regulations and notification requirements on 1.113 Acres, due
to enlargement of the lot.

FIELD NOTES
BEING all of a certain 1.113 acre tract of land out of Jonas Harrison Survey
No. 128, Abstract No. 183, Kerr County, Texas and adjoining the northwest
boundary line of a subdivision known as Greenwood Forest, Section 7, Phase II
and recorded in Yolume 5, Page 151 of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas
and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNINI6 at a point for the most northwesterly corner of Lot 2, Block 20, of
the said Greenwood Forest, Section 7, Phase II, said point being located
approximately 3554 feet North and 1921 feet East from the South or lower river
corner of said Jonas Harrison Survey No. 128, Abstract No. 183, said point
also being the South corner of this tract;
THENCE North 42 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East for 358.35 feet along the
northwest boundary line of the said Greenwood Forest, Section 1, Phase II to a
point for the East corner of this tract, same being the North corner of Lot 5,
Block 20, Greenwood Forest, Section 7, Phase II;
THENCE North 47 degrees 33 minutes 05 seconds West for 270.50 feet to a point
for the North corner of this tract, and a point in the East line of the Edward
Lange home site;
THENCE South 5 degrees 15 minutes 53 seconds West for 447.79 feet along the
East line of the Edward Lange tract to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
1.113 acres of land, more or less.
