APPROVAL OF FINAL REPEAT OF KERRVILLE COUNTRY
ESTATES, LOTS 14 AND 15, AND PART OF LOT 13
On this the 25th day of April 1991, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of the replat of Kerrville Country
Estates, Lots 14 and 15 and part of Lot 13, located in
Commissioner's Precinct No. 1. Mr. Buchultz has met all the
requirements set out in the variance granted him on October
25, 1990 by Commissioners' Court Order No. 19908, which
granted him a variance from notification requirements.
On motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 4-0-0 to approve the final replat of Kerrville County
Estates, Lots 14 and 15. and part of Lot 13.
