APPROVAL TO PAY A LATE BILL TO TEXAS
STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS
On this the 25th day of April 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to pay a late
bill to the Texas State Department of Highways for three (3>
sets of the 1982 Standard Specifications for Construction of
Highways, Streets and Bridges.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item Ho. 15-600-315 for
530.66 made payaple to State Department of Highways.
