SUBLETT GRANT KERR COUNTY AN ADDITIONAL THREE (3) FOOT RIGHT OF WAY ALONG THE LENGTH OF CARDINAL HILL ROAD, SECTION 1 AND IN RETURN KERR CDUNTY WILL FENCE SAID RIGHT DF WAY, FENCE BOTH SIDES OF THE RIGHT OF WAY IN SECTION 2, PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL THIRTY (;.30) FOOT RIGHT' OF WAY, PUT A SLEEVE UNDER THE COUNTY ROAD SO MR. SUBLETT CAN RUN PIPE UNDER THE ROAD TO HIS LAND ON THE OTHER SIDE, AND INSTALL TWO (2) GATES On this the 18th day of April 1991 came on to be considered by the Court the pending litigation of Sublett vs. Kerr County.
