Attached are Plans and Specifications for the concrete slab foundations for the Maintenance and Office Building for Kerr County Road & Bridge Department. 2. l recommend building the Alternate Office Building Plan for the following reasons _._. a. Will provide additional storage space for county records b. Large enough Conference/Meeting Room for Crew meetings or bid conferences to be held. 3. We propose to furnish all materials and take bids from subcontractor's for the labor to place and finish the concrete. Construction will be under the direct supervision of the County Engineer. 4. Money is allociated in our 1990/91 Budget, Line 575, to pay for these concrete foundations. 5.
