CANCELLATION OF RIO ALEGRE SUBDIVISION PLAT
On this the 23rd day of May 1991, Commissioner Oehler made a
motion to approve the cancellation of the Rio Alegre
Subdivision Plat. Commissioner Lackey seconded the motion.
During discussion it was discovered that lots had been sold
under the name of Rio Alegre Subdivision and that Mr. Graham
would return to the Court for a replat of the subdivision at
